The village of Brundall is situated on the north side of the River Yare. It is centrally located, being less than ten miles from the city of Norwich one way and the coastal resort of Great Yarmouth, the other.
Close by Surlingham Broad and the Mid Yare National Nature Reserve, the village is in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

The village is located on the north banks of the River Yare. It is close to RSPB Strumpshaw Fen nature reserve and the Strumpshaw Steam Museum. There are two railway stations namely Brundall and Brundall Gardens which are both on the Wherry Line serving Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
