The Norfolk Broads has numerous moorings available alongside much of the 120 miles of waterways. Some tourist attractions, boatyards, restaurants, public houses etc. may charge you a fee to moor.

However, the Broads Authority has almost sixty designated sites offering free 24 hour overnight mooring facilities to Broads boaters. The number of moorings available at each site will differ but the mooring arrangements are normally ‘Alongside’ ‘Double Alongside’ or ‘Stern On’.

Acle Bridge, Barton Turf, Beccles Marshes, Beccles Norfolk Bank, Berney Arms Reach, Berney Mill, Boundary Farm, Bramerton, Brundall Church Fen, Cantley, Catfield Staithe, Chedgrave, Cockshoot Dyke, Coltishall Common, Commissioners Cut, Deep Dyke, Deep Go Dyke, Dilham Staithe, Dutch Tea Gardens (Oulton Broad), Dutch Tea Gardens Pontoon, Gaye’s Staithe, Geldeston, Great Yarmouth Yacht Station, Hardley Cross, Herringfleet, Horning Marshes, Horning Staithe, Hoveton St John, Hoveton Viaduct, How Hill Staithe, Irstead Staithe, Langley Dyke, Loddon Staithe,
